 How do I place my order? 


Once you've decided on “the one!!!”, you can place your order through our website by selecting your dress choice, colour, and size. You can message us if you have any questions; we're here to help. 


What happens after I order?


Once you order your dress, we'll contact you to confirm and ask for your height with shoes, so that we can hem your dress accordingly. Next we order your fabric from our suppliers in France and Italy, which may take upwards of two months to arrive. Once we receive the fabric in our studio in Vancouver Canada, our team of professionally trained sewers will begin making your dress, all by hand. We pride ourselves on having the highest quality control, and will make sure your dress is of the best standards. Our dresses take approximately 4-6 months to be completed, from receiving your order, to the final stitch.




When your dress is ready to ship, we'll send you an email with the exciting news! It will be shipped in beautiful packaging worldwide through Fedex. We'll send you the tracking number and the estimated arrival date/time so that you can track your dress on it's way to you. Shipping is already included in the price of your dress (aka free), and includes full coverage insurance and tracking, but does not include import taxes/duties. Order to delivery takes 4-6 months, and delivery time for bridal and evening wear range from 2-4 business days, worldwide. We have a policy to ship our gowns to arrive at least one month before your wedding date, so be sure to order at least 5 months in advance. If your wedding day is less than 5 months away, please contact us to find out availability, and we'll respond right away.


Do I need to pay for import duties and taxes?


The responsibility of this fee is on the buyer, so please be sure before placing your order. We recommend all of our brides check with their customs/import department for an estimated cost, as import taxes and duties may be applicable in your country. If you have a broker you'd like to use, please send us a message with their information so we can include it with your package.
